Real Estate Capital Europe‘s Active Lenders list will be published on 1 December 2023. Active Lenders will serve as an overview of those that demonstrate they have continued to provide financing to Europe’s real estate sector in 2023.
Our intention is to highlight as many genuinely active lenders as we have robust information on. Inclusion will come down to editorial judgement, meaning we will consider whether we have sufficient information, and whether a lender can be genuinely considered to have been active this year. We would like to hear from organisations that have provided €200 million or more of financing this year – and not simply through extensions to existing loans.
