REC Awards 2018: Last chance to vote!

The polls for our annual awards close at midnight on Friday. Don’t miss the chance to have your say.

The deadline for voting in Real Estate Capital’s annual awards is looming large, but categories remain keenly fought-for at the eleventh hour. Your vote could make all the difference, so be sure to have your say here before midnight tomorrow, 11 January.

The Bank Lender of the Year category – one of our key accolades – is particularly tight. Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank are currently head-to-head, although a late flurry of votes could easily put Morgan Stanley or Goldman Sachs back into contention.

The High Yield Debt Fund Lender of the Year category is also close-run. Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies and DRC Capital, at the time of writing, are battling it out, although LaSalle Investment Management and Apollo Global Management are breathing down their necks.

Lender of the Year in the UK and Ireland is another category that is too close to call, even at this late stage. Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking and Nuveen Real Estate – recently rebranded from TH Real Estate – could each take the spoils.

With several categories divided by thin margins, your votes count.

You are probably familiar with the rules by now, but here is a reminder: votes will be accepted from your company email address only; you may not vote for yourself or your own firm; you may vote only once; and we encourage you to make selections in as many categories as possible, although you do not have to vote in all of them.
