The appointment comes as CBRE Capital Advisors, which is led by former Lloyds Bank non-core commercial real estate head Richard Dakin, aims to expand its offering in the European commercial real estate finance markets.

Reddy will join the team led by head of UK and EMEA debt and structured finance Steve Williamson as senior director. He will focus on coordinating deal execution as well as providing legal functions to support clients. Reddy is a lawyer by background and has around 20 years’ experience in the real estate market.

Reddy had worked at BNP Paribas since July 2012. His role at the French bank was portfolio manager in the fixed income real estate finance division.

“I am delighted that Vishnu has joined our expanding team and strengthened our offering in the debt and structured finance market as we look to create a more integrated European business. In an increasingly complex transactional market, Vishnu’s experience and expertise will further enhance our capability to build distinct advantages for our clients,” said Williamson.
