Mesa West Capital has provided a $40.8 million first mortgage on a 1 million sq ft mixed-use campus outside of Boston, Massachusetts.
Citizens Bank is providing $36.4m of three-year, floating-rate financing to Kairos Real Estate Partners and Artemis Real Estate Partners for the recapitalization of Fort Washington Executive Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The deal includes a $22.1m bridge loan and $14.3m of future funding for the three-building, 400,000 sq ft, Class A office complex.
RailField Realty Partners and Artemis Real Estate received a $44.6m loan from Fannie Mae for the acquisition of Signature Ridge, a 612-unit, Class A multifamily community in San Antonio, Texas. The 10-year floating-rate loan (five interest-only). The acquisition price was not disclosed, but broker CBRE put the loan-to-value around 70%, valuing the asset at nearly $64m.
