Since the Real Estate Capital Europe Awards were launched in 2014, 16 organisations have scooped five or more accolades. The awards’ Hall of Fame keeps a running total of the biggest overall winners.

The outstanding victor is US investment giant Blackstone, which has won 24 awards – double the number of its nearest rival. The firm increased this lead in our 2021 awards by winning three prizes. As a participant in the European real estate debt market, both as a large-scale lender and a hugely influential borrower, it is perhaps unsurprising Blackstone has been in contention for so many accolades.

Bank of America retains the second spot, although it did not raise its total in the 2021 awards. Close behind, each with 11 wins, are Allianz Real Estate and ING. This ranking includes all those that have won five or more awards, with organisations listed alphabetically if they are tied on awards numbers.
