Jon Crossfield, one of Savills’ most experienced investment agents, is joining subsidiary Cordea Savills to expand its investment mandates.
He will target family offices, private equity funds and institutions and join Cordea Savills’ executive committee.
He joined Savills 10 years ago with John Rigg from DTZ, specialising in advising German funds on pan-European deals.
Crossfield said: “Investors now look to maintain ultimate control of their real estate but outsource origination, structuring and management.”
In July he advised Commerz Real on its £260m sale of the Lloyds Building, EC3, to Ping An.
