M&G investment role for Brown

Tony Brown joined M&G Real Estate this month as chief investment officer and member of the real estate board. He was most recently EMEA managing director at Lend Lease, with responsibility for £2bn of property and £2.5bn of infrastructure assets on behalf of 50 global investors. Before that, he was at Schroders.

Claxton moves to Aldermore

Gareth Claxton, formerly a regional director at Santander Corporate & Commercial Banking, will fill the new post of head of commercial mortgage lending at Aldermore Bank. The challenger bank lends to small and medium sized enterprises.

Kelly-Rand quits Madison

Sean Kelly-Rand has left Madison International where he was a director in the US firm’s three-year-old London office. Madison has appointed Alex Lukesch as London head. Lukesch, previously at Madison’s New York HQ, will be responsible for sourcing and underwriting property deals in the UK and Ireland.

Macland leads Pramerica in UK

Andrew Macland has been promoted to the newly created role of UK head at Pramerica Real Estate Investors. He remains portfolio manager for the PRECap debt funds, responsible for investments and capital raising.

CBRE GI recruits De la Belliere

Alain de la Belliere has left Generali Real Estate to become head of transactions for CBRE Global Investors in France.
