INREV reshuffles board
INREV has made three board appointments to beef up its response to regulatory and global standardisation pressures. They are: Christian Delaire, CEO of AEW Europe; Matthew Ryall, head of indirect investment at Allianz Real Estate; and Neil Harris, head of European asset management at GIC Real Estate. Stepping down are Chris Morrish of GIC; Leif Andersson, CEO for Sweden at AREIM; and Tobias Pfeffer of Generali Deutschland Immobilien.
Scott switches to Schroder
Nick Scott has joined Schroder Property to take responsibility for retail deals and asset management for the Schroder Exempt Property Unit Trust. He most recently worked at NewRiver Retail.
Tunbull steps aside at Hermes
Tim Turnbull has resigned from Hermes Real Estate, where he was chief investment officer. He was acting head of the business until Chris Taylor was appointed as chief executive last year, after a two-year search for a CEO.
Robson chairs derivatives group
Will Robson, director of property derivatives at Prupim, has taken over as chairman of the Property Derivatives Interest Group from Nick Scarles, Grosvenor’s group finance director.
Wilkinson moves up at AEW
AEW Europe has appointed Rob Wilkinson, previously head of fund management and separate accounts, as chief investment officer. Laurent Babelon, Peter Mather and Daniel Harris have become co-heads of investment, reporting to Wilkinson.
