A staple in Real Estate Capital Europe’s calendar, the ever popular Debt Advisers Report, this year expanding to include loan servicers.

For 2025, the report will include editorial coverage, data analysis and a series of interviews with key participants acting on behalf of lenders and borrowers across Europe.

The report will also feature a debt advisers directory, an A-Z listing of firms in the market; highlighting their advisory services, average ticket size and volume of debt advised on in 2024.

The report will also circulate at EXPO REAL 2025 in Munich.
